It’s been relatively quiet around here as the new year has gotten rolling…I’ve done a couple of Crossing Guards shows, and we’re just starting to get some Devaney shows on the books (head on over to the shows page…). Also, between two weekend sessions back in September and January, the band laid down 13 tracks toward a new LP with Rick Mattson at Sparta sound in Northern MN. I’d say we’re….90% done…? It was a great experience and a total surprise to realize we had the tunes and we’re able to mostly record live in one room…more on this at some point….see ya soon.

You get the idea….Martin Devaney and The Flatwheelers….the bulk of the live shows these days (and certainly most tour dates) have been Martin and Jake doing the duo thing. But when you see The Flatwheelers mentioned, you’ll know that it’s the full band lineup. A lot of great players have joined us onstage over the years and they deserve a name. So there ya go…

A great night of music at the beautiful Loring Theater (formerly the
Music Box Theater). Six Mile Grove is coming in for an all-too-rare Twin
